Hi Franc,What is the make and model of the computer?I would suggest you to disconnect all the external devices except Monitor, keyboard and mouse and check if you are able to upgrade.As it says media driver is missing, I would suggest you to check if all the drivers are updated. Also, make sure that USB (Universal Serial Bus) drivers are installed. Like I said make and model of the motherboard is Asus K8N4-E.Here are the specs:The things that were plugged in were: keyboard (usb and ps/2), mouse(usb), monitor, a single sata hdd, ata dvdburner and ethernet (later I even tried to unplug ethernet).All the official drivers that are available are for XP/2003 and none are for USB.What I find strange is why would I need to install drivers for something so generic as USB or DVD if I plan on reformating the hard drive. Windows 7 and 8.1 setups never asked for any drivers.I'm just guessing but is it possible that IDE ATA interface is no longer supported?I downloaded the final release setup with the media creation tool twice, on a usb flash drive and an iso.
